The Set of Anne of Green Gables presented by Paramount Live used the full width of the stage (54') with a two-storey building on one side,

large building with pitched roof on the other and an interchangable panel in the middle

 

Seating

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Our theatre has a capacity of 254 reclining seats with additional chairs available for sell out night! Every seat in the house provides the audience with excellent visibility to the stage or screen for an intimate night of entertainment. Wheel chair lifts are available with advance notice.

 

Stage

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The stage measures 56' across, including wing space, and 18' deep at the apex of the apron, with an additional 4' backstage run. Both the stage and backdrop are matte black. Three sets of steps allow easy access on and off the stage for actors and crew.

 

Change Rooms Etc.

We have a large changing room, make-up area, washroom and lockable storage area availble above the theatre with access to both the theatre and lobby. There is also a changing room/green room with washroom located on the main floor behind the lobby with private access to the stage via a secondary stiarwell.

 

Equipment

The projection booth/lighting booth is equipped with DVD and VHS projected through a high-powered unit with surround sound. A CD player is available for playing music or sound effects and our system is also compatible with laptops or iPods. A Wii systems is also available with a variety of games, Rock Band accessories and 4 controllers operated through wireless remote.

We also have available 10 standard theatre spot lights ranging from 12 degrees to 40 degrees which operate on 8 channels though an easy to use lighting board.

 

Theatre Rental Rates

Theatre rental prices include the use of the DVD, projection unit, sound system and Wii if required, as well as access to the change rooms on the upper level.

1 Hour - $89.99

Movie/Wii Package (3 hr) - $250.00

½ Day - $300.00

Full Day - $500.00

 

Other Services and Extras

 

Lighting

We can assist in designing your lights in addition to setting them up, wiring the channels and focusing during rehearsals. We also have technicians who can operate the lighting during shows should you require it.

Rental of equipment - $200

Lighting Design with set-up and focusing - $100

Lighting Operator - $20 per hour

 

Ticket Service

Let us design your tickets. Printing services are also available. Our standard tickets are business card sized and available of a variety of pastel coloured card stock. We can also sell tickets on your behalf through our box office located at the Take 5 Cafe. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Debit.

Poster Service

Our Graphic Designer can put a poster togeather for you based on information and logos you provide. Printing is also available, as well as distribution.

12 x 18 Colour - $1.00 each

Distribution - 0.10c per poster (minimum 50 posters)

 

Poster Board Displays

We have available 4 exterior and 6 interior wall-mounted poster board displays measuring approximately 24" x 48" in addition to 4 free standing road side signs measuring approximately 22" x 36" Posters can be printed in black and white or in full colour and laminated.

Marquee Display

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Our 2 Marquee displays each hold 4 lines of writing with space for approximately 25 charactors per line. The initial set-up is included with the rental of the Marquee. There is a $10 charge for any changes requested there after other than corrections due to error on our part.

Other Advertising

We will gladly include your information on our website and promote your event through our Facebook group at no extra cost.

 

Box Office/Lobby

The Box office is available to you during the run of your event to greet your guests and sell tickets. You may also set up a display in the lobby to promote your group and sell certain types of merchandise such as t-shirts, hats, postcards, calendars, CD's, DVD's etc.

 

Consession

Your audience will be well supplied with goodies from the Take 5 Cafe and the theatre concession. The Cafe's offerings complement the traditional popcorn, pop, and candy one would expect to find at a theatre concession. When booking an event, you may pre-order popcorn, drinks, and pizza for your guests
